It all begins with a phone call. During a complimentary consultation, you tell me about you, I tell you about myself and my practice, and then we take it from there. If it’s a good fit, we book your first session.

Next, we go a little deeper into your story, at your own pace. I learn about your history, your struggles, and your strengths. Together, we establish therapy goals and I suggest the best treatment for reaching those goals.

At the start of each session we review the previous session then decide on what we should focus on next. Sometimes it’s a continuation of our last meeting or it could be something that has come up during the week. Through discussions, we learn more about what is going on with you and what needs to be done to improve your situation. I will apply different exercises to restructure unhealthy thoughts, create better habits, and learn to manage your emotions.
